Overview

The project involved developing a complete single-vendor e-commerce and delivery platform to enable customers to browse products, place orders, make online or COD payments, and track order status through a seamless mobile experience.

Yugasa developed the customer applications for Android and iOS , a dedicated Android delivery partner app, and a centralized web admin platform for managing products, inventory, customers, orders, payments, delivery operations, coupons, banners, and reports.

We built an integrated e-commerce and delivery management platform connecting customer shopping, order processing, and last-mile operations.

1. Cross-Platform Shopping App

   Developed Android and iOS applications with product discovery, search, cart, checkout, payments, wishlist, profiles, and order history.

2. Digital Order Processing

   Created structured order workflows covering order confirmation, payment status, order assignment, delivery, and completion.

3. Delivery Partner App

   Built an Android application enabling delivery personnel to manage availability, assigned orders, delivery actions, and order history.
